How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email Hello@thepassportprogram.com. If your order has not been processed we can update your mailing address. If it's too late, we will refund the order with the incorrect address and have you place a new order with the correct address.
When will my order ship?
Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 11 AM MST are processed the next business day). From there, our carrier takes over. You’ll get a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
My Passport hasn’t arrived or I’m having problems with the tracking.
Sorry about that! In a few cases, our carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can at Hello@thepassportprogram.com. We can give you the inside scoop and get a Passport in hand promptly.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one you were expecting, sorry about that! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so can help get you the product you really want.
What is your return policy?
We will accept unstamped Passports within 30 days of your purchase. We ask that you please mail back your unwanted Passport to the address below. Please make sure to include the order number and email used to make the purchase. Once received we will issue a refund for the total amount of the product. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.

How long does it take to process a return?
Once received, a member of our team will issue a refund. You will receive an email confirmation of this instantly, however, it will take 5-8 business days before the money is back in your account (depending on your credit card company).
